All vendors must submit the following:

  1. Completed and signed Application
  2. Seller’s Permit Form
  3. A Certificate of General Liability valid during the time of the event
  4. Your booth payment in the form of check or online credit card payment.

All payments or approval of in-kind services requests must be received by 5/31/2027 in order to be included in any printed materials.
